Our Story
Founded in 2015, Accu-Disclose, LLC is a regional Municipal Securities Disclosure Services Company that specializes in assisting issuers in fulfilling their annual obligations to provide continuing disclosure information on a timely basis. With over 40 years of combined experience, the staff of Accu-Disclose, LLC has an essential and unique understanding of the disclosure process.
We provide a range of customized continuing disclosure reports of municipal securities for governmental entities including cities, counties, school districts, colleges and others. Our objectives are simple:
- Ensure issuers are fully compliant pursuant to Rule 15c2-12.
- Protect issuer’s access to the municipal securities market.
- Ensure the issuer’s continuance with its disclosure obligations in the event of administration/staff changes or changes in municipal advisory services.
- Eliminate the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Loretta Coughenour
President and Founder
Loretta Coughenour, President and Founder of Accu-Disclose, LLC, started Accu-Disclose, LLC in 2015 knowing that issuers of municipal debt had obligations that often fell through the cracks. Having worked for a world-wide investment banking firm for over 20 years, she has extensive experience working with a wide range of governmental entities including cities, counties, school districts, colleges and others. She provides valuable guidance and strategic input to help clients navigate all continuing disclosure challenges.
Andres Batista
Vice-President and Co-Founder
Andres Batista, Vice-President and Co-Founder of Accu-Disclose, LLC, has a vast knowledge in the research and development of analytical and operational data often required to be included in continuing disclosure reports. He has broad experience working with financial/municipal advisors, underwriters, and bond attorneys in reviewing offering documents, preparing customized reports and assisting issuers in every aspect of the continuing disclosure process.
